Furlow operates on a dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may be located internationally. As a result, delivery times typically range from 3-12 days, depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return window and conditions below:

• Returns/refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
