We want you and your pet to love Furlow Vanish. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your Furlow Vanish within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a return, email us at hello@shopfurlow.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.

UK Customers — Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you're ordering from the UK, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to explain why. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us once you've told us you're cancelling.

Once we receive the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your Furlow Vanish arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at hello@shopfurlow.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to cover return shipping in this case.

• UK customers: faulty items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt, or a repair/replacement after that.
• US customers: faulty items are covered by our manufacturer warranty (see below) and will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

• Change of mind / no longer wanted: the customer covers return shipping costs, unless local law states otherwise.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item sent: Furlow covers return shipping in full.

Refund Processing

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used grooming brush heads unless they are faulty. The full Furlow Vanish unit can still be returned if unused within the 14-day window.

Exchanges

Need a different colour instead of a refund? Email hello@shopfurlow.com and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

30-Day Warranty

Every Furlow Vanish comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your unit stops working properly within this period through no fault of your own, we'll send a free replacement.
